We’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly has it all: beautifully appointed rooms, stylish outdoor facilities, and a heated outdoor pool that was still at 30°C in October (there’s also an indoor pool, of course).
The spa area is top-notch, the cuisine is genuinely gourmet—worthy of a star-rated restaurant—and the staff are outstanding, led by a highly professional and charming manager.
We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The Giardino is an absolutely marvelous hotel, where everything, but also every last detail is just right.
The hotel is located slightly away from Merano on the mountain with a wide view over the valley and the city.
We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the immediate surroundings with apple trees and vines.
The great food must be emphasized. Every day you look forward to the extensive breakfast menu and the superbly presented and flavorsome dinner, which you can always enjoy with a suitable wine.
We like to round off the evening with a drink at the lovely bar.

The spa and wellness facilities have something for everyone and the cuisine conjures up first-class South Tyrolean specialties.
I can only recommend lunch on the terrace with a view of Merano and the blossoming cherry trees around the hotel.

We can only recommend the SPA treatments and the hotel's extensive leisure program.

We have been travelling to this hotel for several years and always feel very comfortable here, like at home.
All the rooms are very tastefully furnished, some of them have a marvelous view of Merano, the valley, the surrounding mountains and the beautiful garden. In every corner of the hotel you are confronted with the tasteful furnishings and the beautiful floral decorations. You can only fall in love with the hotel. The hotel owners as well as all the hotel staff are very friendly and always endeavor to fulfil all the wishes of the hotel guests. We can only recommend this hotel at any time of the year.
