Our hotel rates are per person per day, including gourmet half-board, taxes, and fees for a minimum stay of 5 nights.

For stays of up to 4 nights: a 10% surcharge applies. For short stays of up to 5 nights during bank holidays and festive periods, peak season rates apply.

If you prefer “breakfast only” as your board option, € 10 per day will be deducted from the half-board price.

• from 17 years: a 30% discount on the list price applies

Deposit payment

The current deposit requirements are specified in your booking confirmation. You can pay the deposit via bank transfer; the remaining balance can be paid in cash or by credit card.

Local tax

As of 1 January 2014, South Tyrol has introduced a tourist tax. The revenue from the tax is used for the development and maintenance of infrastructure and services as well as for organising cultural and sporting events. The local tax is levied per guest and per night by the accommodation establishments. The municipal fee is € 3.20 per day. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is due upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

Cancellation conditions

• For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: no charge.
• For cancellations between 30 and 4 days before arrival: 70% of the booking price will be charged.
• For cancellations from 3 days before arrival until the arrival date: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
• For no-shows or early departures, 100% of the booking price will also be charged.

Cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you are not charged any cancellation fees if you are unable to travel or are delayed due to illness or other valid reasons.

Arrival and departure

Your room will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 a.m.

Pets are welcome upon request and confirmation but are not allowed in the dining area or on the sunbathing lawn. Daily rate without food: € 25

All rooms offer free Wi-Fi.
Additionally, there is an internet point and wireless LAN in the hotel lobby.

Cuisine

Half-board includes a rich breakfast buffet and an evening gourmet dinner.

At lunchtime, you can choose from an à la carte menu if you wish, while homemade cakes in the afternoon offer a delightful moment of indulgence. These can be booked directly to your room, as well as coffee, tea and other drinks in the afternoon and wine and accompanying drinks in the evening.
