Good to know
Arrival and Departure
On your arrival day your room will be available from 15:00hrs, and on the day of departure we ask that the room is vacated by 11:00hrs.
Rooms
The floor plans for our rooms are general to room types, but some may deviate slightly. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Pets
Will be accepted on request but may not enter the dining area or the sunbathing meadow. Daily supplement not including food: € 25
Internet
All rooms have WiFi internet connections free of charge. An internet point and wireless connection is also available in the lobby.
Private Hotel
The entire hotel complex is open to guests only so that we can offer you the most private space possible for a peaceful stay.
Wellness & SPA
1700 m2 with saunas and the heated Sky Pool and Whirlpool on our verdant roof terrace.
Gastronomy
3 x daily delights to indulge in (at noon and in the afternoon à la carte & not included in the half-board price), and with 180 days a year of fantastic weather you can indulge directly on our panorama terrace, with its astounding views out over the spa town of Merano.
Fit and Active
At Giardino Marling there is yoga, pilates & co, personal training and many more outdoor activities for you to enjoy.

Destination Tax
As of 1st January 2014, a destination tax has been introduced in South Tyrol. Revenues from the destination tax will be used for the building and maintenance of local infrastructure and services, as well as organising cultural and sporting events. The destination tax is charged per guest and per night and is collected by the hotels and accommodation providers. The tax is charged at € 3.20 and children and young people under 14 are exempt. The destination tax is payable upon departure and is itemised separately in your hotel bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the stay
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of your stay will not be charged.
- For reservations cancelled from 30 days up to 4 days before arrival there will be cancellation fees abot 70%.
- For reservations cancelled after the 4 days before arrival the fees are about the total amount (100%).
In order to avoid cancellation charges, and in case illness or other circumstances mean that you arrive late or cannot come, we recommend that you take out holiday insurance cover.
