Netiquette
Please come to the Spa reception 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late we will have to reduce the treatment time accordingly. The treatment will finish on time so that the next client is not delayed. If you aren't able to make your appointment, please give us plenty of notice. For cancellations up to 24 hours ahead of time, we will not make any charge. However if you are not able to make the appointment or need to cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will charge the full cost to your bill. Thank you for your understanding!
